Bharat Jodo Yatra is not indulging in negative politics but raising key issues of people such as unemployment, price rise and divisions being created in society, senior Congress leader Sachin Pilot said on Monday, claiming that the foot march has broken all records in the state.

Bharat Jodo Yatra Has Attracted Attention Of Whole Country: Sachin Pilot

Addressing a rally in Rajasthan’s Alwar during the ongoing Yatra in the presence of Rahul Gandhi and party chief Mallikarjun Kharge , the former Rajasthan deputy chief minister said the Bharat Jodo Yatra has attracted the attention of the entire country.

The march has raised important issues such as unemployment, price rise , divisions being created in society and institutions being destroyed, Pilot said.

“During the march, no one raises bad concerns; only love, harmony, our cultural history, and bringing people together,” he stated. Many people are outraged and don’t know how to oppose or criticise this Yatra, Pilot remarked, clearly referring to the BJP.

He added Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee chairman Kamal Nath had issued Rajasthan a challenge, adding that the Yatra was highly successful in his state and “now it was over to our state”.

“The Rajasthan yatra has smashed all records,” he stated.

Speaking at the event, Bhanwar Jitendra Singh said Rahul Gandhi has been working relentlessly, and even during the UPA era, when he was urged to take over as prime minister, he chose to serve the people.

It completed 100 days last Friday.

During the yatra, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and senior politician Sachin Pilot were spotted walking with Gandhi.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra began on September 7 in Kanyakumari and has since travelled through Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and now Rajasthan.
